2005 saw Cain on television several times in his role as an Exercise and Nutrition consultant. These included 'How To Sleep Better' with Professor Robert Winston.
Also on Discovery Channels 'Body Spectacular' heading a panel who selected non-athletes for a physique transformation over a period of just 12 weeks. Cain advised on Nutrition and Competition Preparation and two of the chosen few, Caroline and Claire, went on to come 1st and 2nd at the British Championships! Also from the same auditions Cain trained Corrina (who went on to win the Ms U.K. title and runner up in Ms Great Britain) and Peter (who won the Mr West Midlands title).

2005 saw one of the biggest and most rewarding fitness and bodybuilding shows ever to be staged in Great Britain. The Fitness Expo Championships offered over £12,500 in cash prize money as well as beautiful trophies for the top 3 in every category. All athletes went away with goodies and the event was a Who's Who of the Fitness and Bodybuilding world with many champions and professional athletes on hand to give out the prizes. A panel of expert judges, the like never seen on these shores before, included the legendary Ed Corney of 'Pumping Iron' fame! Cain was very proud to have been the organiser of this great event, held in conjunction with the 'Fitness Expo' at London's Olympia. Thanks to his great team of GB Fitness helpers!
